Household Clearance Services Pricing and Cost per Item
Household clearance pricing depends on two factors: the volume of waste and how many items need removing. For smaller jobs, we price per item: a dining chair is £10, an armchair is £40, a double bed with mattress is £120. For larger clearances, load-based pricing is usually more cost-effective: a quarter van starts from £120, a half van from £180, and a full van from £320. Every quote is fixed before we start. If you send photos via WhatsApp, we can estimate within minutes.
END-OF-TENANCY CLEARANCE

RENOVATION PREP
Stripping a London flat before builders start means everything from carpets to kitchen units needs to go. We remove it all in one visit, no skip permit required, even from upper-floor flats with no lift.

Booking process was easy and the team arrived on time and got straight to it. Some really heavy items to move, and enough to fill the entire van, with no space to spare. Couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they were, everything cleared and tidy in no time…… better than messing about with skips, and well worth the money.

How to prepare for your Waste removal service?
1. Parking
Please provide a parking space for our team as close to your property as possible (ideally within 30-50 metres).
If you require assistance securing a parking permit, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Please provide a direct contact number and we’ll send confirmation via text message or email between 5 pm and 7 pm the evening before your appointment.
If we receive inaccurate information about parking availability, Waste Predators reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your booking. Should our team be directed to park in violation of local restrictions, a £65.00 charge may be added to your booking to cover any parking fines issued.
2. Access
Please ensure our team can access your property at the scheduled service time. While we appreciate your presence, it’s not required for the service to proceed. If possible, provide access instructions at least one day in advance – such as side or rear gate entry, access through a neighbouring property, key location, lockbox code, or entry instructions – by contacting us directly or leaving details when you book.
To maximize efficiency on service day, please set aside any items you wish to keep beforehand. Leave only the items you need removed and ensure our team can reach them easily.

- Condition of waste – Please inform us of any oversized or bulky items requiring collection. Our team can disassemble large items if notified in advance.

Will my price change/will I be overcharged on the day of the service?
No. We know other companies have given the industry a bad reputation with surprise charges, which is why we do things differently. Your quote is fixed and final.
