  • How to prepare for your Waste removal service?

    1. Parking

Please provide a parking space for our team as close to your property as possible (ideally within 30-50 metres).

If you require assistance securing a parking permit, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Please provide a direct contact number and we’ll send confirmation via text message or email between 5 pm and 7 pm the evening before your appointment.

If we receive inaccurate information about parking availability, Waste Predators reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your booking. Should our team be directed to park in violation of local restrictions, a £65.00 charge may be added to your booking to cover any parking fines issued.

    2. Access

Please ensure our team can access your property at the scheduled service time. While we appreciate your presence, it’s not required for the service to proceed. If possible, provide access instructions at least one day in advance – such as side or rear gate entry, access through a neighbouring property, key location, lockbox code, or entry instructions – by contacting us directly or leaving details when you book.

To maximize efficiency on service day, please set aside any items you wish to keep beforehand. Leave only the items you need removed and ensure our team can reach them easily.

    3. Important Service Conditions

    • Type of waste – Please note we cannot collect hazardous materials or chemicals. This includes asbestos-containing materials, paints, oils, solvents, refrigerators with coolant, monitors and televisions, tyres, car batteries, and similar items.
    • Location of waste – We need the exact location of your waste and clear access instructions, along with a detailed list of items for disposal. You can provide this information when booking or by contacting us before your service date.
    • Condition of waste – Please inform us of any oversized or bulky items requiring collection. Our team can disassemble large items if notified in advance.
    • Bagging requirements – If you’d like our team to bag loose items, please let us know when booking so they arrive fully prepared. Any bags or protective sheeting needed must be requested in advance by contacting Waste Predators directly.
  • Will my price change/will I be overcharged on the day of the service?

No. We know other companies have given the industry a bad reputation with surprise charges, which is why we do things differently. Your quote is fixed and final. We base it on the information you provide during booking (or photos you send). As long as the actual waste matches what was described, your price stays exactly the same. If there’s any discrepancy, we discuss it with you first and get approval before any additional work.
