Welcome to WastePredators. We are a UK-registered company specialising in efficient, responsible waste cleaning and removal for both residential and commercial customers. By booking our services through our website, phone, or email, you enter directly into a contract with WastePredators Ltd (“WastePredators,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). All services are performed by our dedicated and trained team.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “customer,” or “client”) and WastePredators when you book, confirm, or use our services.


2. Definitions

  • WastePredators/We/Us/Our: Refers to WastePredators Ltd, trading as WastePredators, a company registered in the United Kingdom (wastepredators.co.uk).
  • Customer/You: Any individual or organisation making a booking or using our services.
  • Service(s): Any waste cleaning, removal, clearance, or related work provided by WastePredators as described in your Booking Confirmation.
  • Booking Confirmation: An email or written message from us to you confirming the date, time, price, and scope of the service.
  • Consumer: An individual using our services wholly or mainly for personal, non-business purposes.
  • Commercial Client: A business or organisation booking or receiving services for business purposes.
  • Cancellation Fee: A charge that may apply if a booking is cancelled without sufficient notice (see section 6).
  • Event Outside Our Control: Circumstances outside our reasonable influence, such as severe weather, public emergencies, or major transport disruption.

3. Making a Booking and Contract Formation

  • When you request a service via our website, phone, or email, we will confirm receipt of your request and provide a detailed estimate or quote.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a Booking Confirmation from us stating the date, time, fees, and services covered.
  • Once confirmed, a contract is formed between you and WastePredators on these Terms. All services are performed and managed solely by WastePredators.
  • If you have questions or need adjustments, please contact us before confirming your booking.

4. Scope of Services

  • WastePredators directly provides waste cleaning, removal, property clearance, and related services as specified during booking.
  • Details about the types of waste accepted, items excluded (e.g., hazardous, medical, or certain electrical goods), and special requirements will be communicated before confirmation. Please inform us of any specific needs or unusual waste materials during booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for items or waste types that present health, safety, or legal risks.

5. Customer Obligations

To enable safe and effective service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about your waste, location, and access instructions.
  • Clearly identify waste items to be removed and notify us of any property-specific risks or restricted areas.
  • Ensure clear and safe access to the premises, and arrange or pay for any necessary permits or parking.
  • Secure pets, remove valuables, and keep children out of work areas during service.
  • Properly segregate or bag waste if required and comply with all legal or council rules on waste disposal.
  • If any items should NOT be removed, please clearly communicate this to our team onsite.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in refusal of service and possible Cancellation Fees.


6. Cancellations, Amendments & Fees

  • You may cancel or amend your booking without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a Cancellation Fee of up to 50% of the quoted price (or as specified in your Confirmation) may apply.
  • If our team attends the address but cannot access the property, or if the job cannot proceed due to incomplete, inaccurate, or missing customer information, we reserve the right to charge the full quoted fee.
  • Any promotions, discounts, or special offers may have separate cancellation rules, shared at the time of booking.

7. Service Delivery

  • WastePredators will deliver all confirmed services with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with industry regulations and legal obligations.
  • Equipment and vehicles used for waste removal are maintained to high standards and operated by trained staff.
  • We may use additional personnel or subcontractors for large scale jobs but WastePredators remains fully responsible for the quality and safety of service.
  • For regular, recurring contracts, we do not guarantee the same staff at every visit due to operational scheduling.

8. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are provided in your Booking Confirmation, along with VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is required by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or via our website/app, either in advance or at the time of service (as specified in your Booking Confirmation). We do not accept cash payments.
  • For any extra waste, undisclosed items, unexpected delays, or requests made on-site, additional charges may apply. These will be disclosed and agreed before continuing the job.

9. Complaints & Service Issues

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery.
  • WastePredators will investigate complaints promptly. If appropriate, we will offer remedies such as re-service, refund, or compensation proportionate to the issue and in line with UK consumer law.
  • Please provide photos or detailed descriptions for any damage or missed service.

10. Liability

  • Our liability to you is limited to losses, damage, or injury directly caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
  • For Consumers: Our maximum liability is the value of the service booked or £5,000, whichever is less, unless otherwise required by law.
  • For Commercial Clients: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, business, or opportunity losses.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
  • We are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing property damage or wear
  • Loss of items not pointed out as excluded from removal
  • Legal penalties incurred for improper waste provided by you

11. Events Beyond Our Control

  • We are not responsible for delays or failure to carry out services caused by events outside our reasonable control (including transport disruption, severe weather, emergencies, strikes, etc.).
  • In such cases, we will aim to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible or, if necessary, cancel without penalty.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We hold, process, and store your personal information only for the purpose of providing services and managing your booking, communication, and payment.
  • Your details are never sold to third parties; data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • If you wish to amend, view, or delete your personal data, please email info@wastepredators.co.uk.

13. Changes to Terms

  • WastePredators reserves the right to change these Terms to reflect updates in law, company policy, or industry standards. Any updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply from the date of publication.
  • Major changes impacting current bookings will be notified directly to affected customers.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
